What is a ChefOD Reset?
A Reset is a scheduled visit where your ChefOD Home Team takes care of your kitchen, your home, or both — depending on which Reset your household chooses.
Is ChefOD a cleaning company?
No. ChefOD coordinates both chef-prepared meals and professional home care as one household service, not a standalone cleaning company.
Is ChefOD a meal-delivery service?
No. Your chef cooks on-site as part of your Reset. ChefOD isn't a delivery service.
Does the chef cook in my home?
Yes. During a Kitchen Reset or Complete Reset, your chef cooks in your kitchen, on-site.
Who buys the groceries?
Your chef shops for groceries as part of your Kitchen Reset.
Can I request only cooking?
Yes. A Kitchen Reset is cooking and kitchen support only.
Can I request only home care?
Yes. A Home Reset is professional cleaning only.
Can cooking and home care happen on the same day?
Yes — that's a Complete Reset, coordinated in the same visit cycle.
Will I usually see the same professionals?
Yes. ChefOD assigns your household a consistent Home Team wherever possible, so you're not meeting someone new every visit.
How does ChefOD handle food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Your chef receives your household's dietary needs and allergies as part of your Household Memory, ahead of every visit.
Do I need the ChefOD app?
Not to get started. Once your onboarding is complete, you'll have access to the ChefOD app to view your Resets, preferences, and Home Team.
Where is ChefOD currently available?
ChefOD currently serves Brickell, Brickell Key, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables, with more neighborhoods planned over time.
Do I need to be home during my Reset?
Not necessarily. We'll confirm the access arrangement that works best for your household during onboarding.
